To request removal of your Engine115 account data or data received through a connected platform, email ben@nomadproject.agency.
What to include
- The email address you use for Engine115.
- Your brand or store name and the platform involved, such as Shopify or Meta.
- Whether you want to remove a connection’s imported data, your Engine115 account, or particular records.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, or identity documents in the initial email.
What happens next
We verify your authority over the account or records, confirm the scope, and explain the status by email. A shared brand’s records may require confirmation from its authorized owner.
Removing a saved connection stops further access. It does not automatically erase previously imported records. A data-removal request covers those records separately, including review of retained exports and backups.

You can use the relevant platform’s privacy controls. For Meta, these instructions also provide a direct way to contact Engine115 about data associated with your app use. If you have a platform request reference, include it in your email.
